Director Lau Kah Hee’s Pines Club case reported in the Business Times on 22 January 2019: “About 70 Pines club members to sue Exklusiv Resorts”. Lau Kah Hee represented the Pines club members as Lead Counsel in a representative action to sue the Exklusiv Resorts and Mr Peter Kwee for breach of contract, and the torts of deceit and negligence.

Director Lau Kah Hee’s Datapulse Ltd v Ascapia Capital case reported in the Business Times on 7 March 2018: “Ascapia may make offer for Datapulse; faces suit over ‘baseless claims’”. Lau Kah Hee represented Ascapia Capital as Lead Counsel in a defamation suit which was eventually successfully settled at the Singapore Mediation Centre.
